- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Billing is horrible. Why don't they use one account per person because each time you get a statement it references a different account. Received invoice dated 07/19 for 38.96 with a due date of 08/02 they turned me over to the collection agency and I received a notice from them dated 07/27. I had already paid on 07/28.
